Elevator Pitch (if you came across an agent in an elevator ride, what couple of
lines would you use to summarize your book):

She’s got
the fate of the whole wide world in her hands. To bad she doesn’t know it.

Would you
risk the world so your love might be happy, even if it meant being apart?

Eons in
love. 200 years apart. Now an arranged marriage to another? What-Are-They.com

Love will
need to transcend the lashing rains and howling winds or our world may end!

Brief Synopsis (250 words or less):

A deep
connection between an affluent young man and a young woman of modest means
faces the challenges of distance, the anonymity of the Internet, an arranged
marriage, and life-altering secrets. Their love will need to transcend the
lashing rains and howling winds, or the eyes from the shadows may succeed in
destroying them both and thus the world. The story of the central characters who

question on the lips of the reader: “What are they?”

Ooh, fun! The concept is a little vague, but it sounds like the draft is well developed. Best wishes with this!

I have a shortcoming. I have no idea how to stick the elephant into the bread box while also not giving away that it’s an elephant stuffed in there. LOL.

I personally hate my synopsis. (The one seen here.) I used “”industry buzz words”” when I wrote it for the fifty-sixth time. (Seriously, friends were flinging teddy bears at my head while begging me to stop trying to write one.) It is very accurate. And that is the best that I can say about it. It is also accurate to say that the Mona Lisa is a painting of a person. That is accurate. Doesn’t make you want to board a plane to go see it though.

You’ll love it even more when you figure out why I wrote love with a capital L.
