Things to wish for, but not to waste a tossed penny on:


  1. A Microsoft Word 2003 add on that knows when the wrong
    homonym has been typed.
  2. A robot dog that looks like and has the capabilities of a
    Rottweiler, but also has conversation skills and is willing to read what I
  3. Welcome home crazed kiss attack from the significant other.
  4. A wolf-whistle, followed by, “Yeah, that was aimed at
  5. “I made you this perfect cup of coffee. Good morning.”
  6. Winning the new-book-a-day sweepstakes (that does not
  7. Having time and quiet to read a new book every day (and time
    to leave a review of it).
  8. Discovering my very own sushi chef waiting in the kitchen to
    make me yummy sushi.
  9. The ocean being right out my door. (So sushi chef can get
    really fresh fish!)
  10. A friend that slaughters his/her own cows and says, “I
    have all this extra steak. Please, have some!”
  11. A diet nutrition app that correctly calculates
    nutritional information of food based on pictures taken of what one is going to

    I like the idea behind your list, and the cup of coffee one is one of my favorites. I am usually up first and make my own coffee though. The robot dog would certainly come in handy. My poor husband gets recruited to read some first drafts that I am completely baffled by.

    Thanks so much! I make my own coffee, and it isn’t that difficult with the K-cup machine thing. It’s just a nice gesture. Given that my spouse has no clue how to work the Keurig, I don’t see it happening.
