#NaNoProMo National Novel Promotion Month took place in May. I missed it. Better late than never!
Emotional Headlines. This isn’t something I think about normally. I know “clickbait” is all the rage, but I hate when I go to a blog post and it’s barely related to the title. That’s the quickest way to keep me from coming back.
I went to the suggested site and put in my intended headline for today: “Day Twenty-three of #NaNoProMo is About Emotional Headlines.”
There was a form to fill out to get the results.
Looks like I could do better. So I tried. Several times. 73 is the best score I could manage.

I can see the merit in this. And perhaps it becomes easier with time. But spending an hour just to write the title of a blog post? Wow. Also, I have a typo in there. “Headlines” should be “Headline.” Typos happen more often when frustrated by the basic need for a title. But I saved the links, and I might use this from time to time.
I am curious about the headline basis I use at Operation Awesome nearly every week.
A score of 61 and “neutral sentiment.” Can I do better?
Not by much, but it’s interesting to look at.
